About Olivia Thirlby

Thirlby, an American actress, is best known for her roles in The Darkest Hour and Dredd.

In a film by Christopher Nolan, Thirlby played Lilli Hornig.

Born on October 6, 1986, Thirlby was raised in New York City by a mother who worked in advertising and a father who was a contractor.

She completed her education at Friends Seminary in Manhattan as part of a class of 57 graduates.

Thirlby also took part in programs at the French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts and the Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts.

After her training at the American Globe Theatre, Thirlby enrolled in a stage combat course at the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat.
