Nusli Wadia, an Indian businessman, is the managing director of Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, a company with holdings in most of the Wadia Group subsidiaries. He was also the Joint Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing until March 2011.

Wadia is part of the Wadia family and a co-owner of Punjab Kings. He is descended from the Parsi Wadia family, with parents who are a businessman and a former air hostess.

His mother was the daughter of Dina Wadia. Wadia's grandfather played a key role in turning the city of Bombay into one of the largest cotton gin trading centers during the late 19th century.
